Strike Action Affects Post Office Delivery for Students

How to avoid late assignment arrival due latest strike to hit SAPO

We are sure most of you are aware that there is an indefinite strike action underway which has had an adverse impact on the services rendered by the South African Post Office. The strike has and will have an impact on the delivery and arrival of assignments from you to IQ Academy. In a bid to avert the delays, we would like to request and encourage all of our current students to make use of our fax or email options as alternate methods of submission.

How does the strike affect newly enrolled IQ Academy students

It is unfortunate that the strike has caused a delay to 7% of our students who receive their parcels directly from the South African Post Office. Provinces mainly affected are: Eastern Cape, KZN, parts of Gauteng Province and Western Cape. If you fall within this margin, and you have not yet received your study material, we ask that you allow us more time. We will keep all lines of communication open and let you know when your goods are in transit.

The remaining 93% of our recently enrolled students who receive their new study packs directly via private courier should not be affected by the ongoing strike action. If however for some reason you do experience any delays, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
