Course Duration:

Maximum duration of 24 months, however average time for completion varies from 12 to 18 months

Course Objectives:

  • Demonstrate detailed understanding of the different environments that impact on the sustainability and profitability of an organisation
  • Demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of management including their use of planning, organising, leading and control to reach the organisation's goals
  • Demonstrate understanding of the managers role and contribution to the successful implementation and management of human resource tasks and activities
  • The student is expected to be able to identify and describe the role of leadership in an organisation
  • Communicate effectively in a business environment using the appropriate tools and language

Entry Requirements:

Grade 9 (Std7) and at least 16 years old with the ability to read and write in English, the language of instruction.

Assesment Method:

Students are required to complete and submit one assignment per module. The pass mark for each assignment is 80% unless stated otherwise within the assignment instructions. There are no written examinations for this Course.
